It’s so great here. I didn’t even get to take a picture of my food. But I finished it. You should give this a try. An amazing Experience. If you haven’t tried different culture, food, peaceful in here.

Me and my friend came to try Nigerian food for the first point and it did not disappoint! We both tried the egusi soup and it was so good. Workers were so nice and welcoming and i’d definitely recommend! The place is small and has a home-like atmosphere. Would truly recommend if you’re looking for an underground spot with great food!

Not going to lie, when we first walked in, it looked like a game room. We sat down and while looking at the menu, the owner? Not sure, came up and sat in our booth and gave some suggestions. We did want to try the egusi soup, but he said, “Umm, try the plain one before then come back and see if you’ll want to try the egusi.” After our meal, he came back to see how we liked it? I asked what it tasted like. He offered a taste, and let me tell you I’m glad he gave us the suggestion, but we personally wouldn’t have liked the egusi. Whatever he offered was very delicious ngl would definitely order to go next time.

Good African place to eat and shop. This restaurant also offers a shopping experience to pick up your African food stuff. The food is decent and prices are decent also. They have loads of beer from many African countries . In all I enjoyed myself eating and watching the US presidential debate. All the best Austin. Thank you Sam and team

I’m Nigerian and it’s always hard finding a Nigerian restaurant than can deliver quality food but this restaurant really does it well. Food is always seasoned and portion sizes are always large. I do not eat meat or fish and this is one of the few Nigerian restaurants that will honor my request and not put any meat or fish in the soups, so if you’re vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian, I’d highly recommend this place as well.

This place was absolutely incredible. I know everyone, including myself, saw a video online about egusi soup and fufu and immediately wanted to try it. The texture of fufu looked incredible! Well, I’ve heard plenty of mixed reviews about the taste of it in general, but we picked a random place to give it a go, and I am sooo freaking glad it was this one! This place has character, and if you don’t appreciate it, you’re lame. The service was relaxed and friendly, the vibes were immaculate, and the food was incredible—I now want to try everything on the menu. I will now forever crave egusi on a regular basis and will definitely be back!

10s across the board! I literally ate my suya in the car and knew when I got home the rest of my food would be goooddd! Honestly the best African restaurant I’ve been to in Texas so far. The atmosphere felt very at home and the owner kept me company while waiting for my food. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I make my drive to Austin ! Thank you again
